Call for Galileo Prize
The LATINO Consortium is launching the first GALILEO Prize for Latin American Students in the frame of the LATINO activities.
We are pleased to invite you to apply to the Galileo Prize now!
What is the Galileo Prize?
Foster and stimulate the projects research on GNSS/Galileo fields of interest in Latin America are the objective of the Galileo Prize.
Indeed, the Galileo Prize aims to bridge European and Latin America GNSS Education communities by awarding students involved into the very promising related career on engineer, master or PhD.
The awarded student will benefit for a stage / training course at Europe's company or organization facilities in Europe to develop a short project within a GNSS- Galileo related team.
The decision of the project definition will correspond to the sponsor. However, it must be taking in mind that it is most likely that the winner will hold an excellent university record and his/her stay should become a challenge a way to improve his/her professional formation.
In order to ensure that the economical conditions of the winner are not an issue, the sponsor should provide economical support for the travel and living expenses during his/her stage.
Who should apply?
The Galileo Prize is open to Undergraduate and Graduated Students on GNSS sector. It includes master degree, doctorate degree and specialization training.
